Born in Hackensack, New Jersey, Tom Kiesche mainly grew up about thirty-seven miles west of the George Washington Bridge. He studied biology, chemistry, communications, and business and graduated from Trenton State College. He sold pharmaceuticals for two-and-a-half years in New Haven, which oddly enough is where he fell head over heels for the creative arts. He gave notice on his 25th birthday and from then on he started living a professional creative life.
