Scott Shaw worked in law enforcement for many years including his position as the Chief of Police in Preston, Idaho. He served with the police department in Pocatello, Idaho, for seventeen years, from 1977 to 1994. Shaw has two decades experience in criminal profiling and interrogation techniques; he developed the Investigative Protocol for Sex Offence Investigations, currently used by numerous police departments.
