Eric J. Burch is an attorney in private practice with the firm Burch and Stanley, P.C. He has practiced law in Tennessee for more than fifteen years. He graduated from the University of Tennessee, earning his bachelor’s degree in 1995 and doctorate of jurisprudence in 1998.
Burch formed his law firm in 2003. The focus of his practice is exclusively litigation with an emphasis on divorce and personal injury litigation.
Burch has been married to his wife, Melissa, eighteen years. They have three children, Auggie, age 12; Abigail, age 10; and Sam, age 3. In his spare time, Burch enjoys golfing and coaching his children’s athletic teams.
