Timothy J. Wulff, L.M.S.W., A.C.S.W., is a licensed clinical social worker. He holds a clinical license through the state of Michigan and currently maintains a private practice with Comprehensive Psychological Services in East Lansing, Michigan.
For more than a decade, Mr. Wulff has been studying the neurochemical, emotional, familial, and social impact of addiction. His unique approach to treatment has helped hundreds of clients gain a deeper understanding of why they become stuck in an addictive cycle. In 2019, his article, “Recover Yourself: A Different Perspective on Addiction and Recovery,” appeared in Counselor: The Magazine for Addiction Professionals. The article detailed his method of treatment for addictive disorders.
Mr. Wulff has also completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy in order to help clients heal from intense trauma. He graduated in 2003 with a bachelor of science degree from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan. In 2007, he received a master’s degree in clinical social work from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.
