Russell Riendeau, Ph.D., is the senior partner of The East Wing Search Group. An award-winning search professional, Russ is also an internationally recognized author and speaker on motivation and peak performance in sales and management. As a behavioral scientist, he helps organizations grow their business by helping employees reach their full potential.
Riendeau has interviewed more than 52,000 business professionals since 1985, and has shared his insights and research in three other books: That Was Zen, This Is Wow (co-authored with Rob Engelman), The Insider’s Guide to Getting Great Job Offers (co-authored with Brady Spencer), and Thinking On Your Seat. He has also been interviewed for articles for The Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune, Sales & Marketing Magazine, and TEC International; he’s made numerous TV/radio appearances.
Riendeau earned a doctorate in developmental psychology from Capella University in Minneapolis, an M.A. in psychology and a B.A. in applied behavioral sciences from National-Louis University, in Chicago. He is also a pilot, distance runner, cyclist, hockey player, and coach. He and his family live in Barrington, Illinois.
